I hope everyone had a safe & fun long holiday weekend!
Tonight was what I would call our first successful feeding of rice. We finally figured out a system that seems to work. I hold Marleigh & Marc feeds her. He says I was being too timid with her. She ate all the rice that I made for her. Her little tummy seemed upset tonight, so let's hope it was just a fluke thing & not the rice doing it. That's all we need... her to not be able to tolerate rice!

Marc headed to the KSU game on Saturday. Marleigh & I cheered from home. Here is a like to a few pictures!

Good stuff huh Marliegh:: if her tummy was a little rummbly she may have ate too much or too fast:: but rice cerel was alife saver for me especially with my Marc he was 9 lbs 15 oz when he was born he came out starving. So he started on it early no adjustments needed!! I always fed the boys rice cerel after there bath before bed and sleep all night they did!! Good luck next thing you know she'll want chicken nuggets from Micky D's,
ReplyDeleteWhoops forgot to tell Marliegh how adorable she was in those pictures especially sitting in the pink chair ( my neice had her 9wk.old sitting in one of those in Tx. over the 4th of July and I thought how clever was that!) ans watching the Jayhawks::good girl Marleigh/ tell mom that you need to be ready on friday nite cause thats when we play this week!!!Brenda P.
ReplyDeleteOK Marliegh: first big girl rule don't take for granted that somepeople know what they are talking about should have looked my self but the Jayhawks really play on saturday not friday. (You would think a die hard Jayhawk fan like myself would have known that for sure!!)
