HELP!!!!

I was trying to jazz up the look of the blog.  I had no clue what I was doing.  I made a few changes, and never intended to keep them, but somehow I did.  Not sure how I did it, and not sure how exactly to fix it!

Anyone out there want to help me out and either fix/design/do SOMETHING to this poor blog to make it a little more attractive? Please and thank you!!!   :)
